Frequently Asked Questions

Our ravioli takes approximately 3-4 minutes to boil.

Our fresh pasta (tagliatelle, spaghetti, linguine) takes between 2.5 to 3 minutes, depending on your liking. 

For our gnocchi, boil for 3 minutes OR until they rise to the surface. Make sure you use a big pot.

To appreciate our delicious ravioli, only a minimal amount of sauce is required.

You need a large pot of boiling salted water. Our pasta is very delicate - please use a scooper rather than a colander to remove it from the water once the pasta is cooked.
