We are a 100% family owned gourmet pasta company who specialise in Ravioli. Our products contain no added nasties, free-range eggs and always freshly cut vegetables and herbs. All of our products are snap frozen to preserve quality.

Our family has always had a passion for making quality food, but it was a trip in 2018 to Bologna that truly inspired us to bring gourmet pasta back to Australia.

Established in 2019, we are a boutique pasta maker who supply some of Melbourne's best restaurants and fine food grocers.

Our filled pasta is snap-frozen to preserve the quality ingredients and act as a natural preservative.

All of our pasta contains free-range eggs, and all produce is bought fresh. No powders or fillers are used.

Our range of gourmet pasta includes Ravioli, Cannelloni, Gnocchi, Lasagne and unfilled pasta.
